SVIL organizes moot court from time to time. A good lawyer is not necessarily the student who is the most knowledgeable. In order to be a successful lawyer it is essential for a student to know how to apply the law he has learnt and to have awareness of the rules & the etiquette of the court. Moot court competition are like the laboratories of law schools and institutions   where theoretical knowledge is tested in real life situations.



A moot court laboratory is an inseparable part & parcel of imparting legal education. Moot court exercises form a fundamental curriculum activity since the students not only learn law but also practice there on. The Moot court programme aims at providing opportunity to the students to handle, aiding & assisting the cases.The Institute has also been facilitating continuous training to the students to participate in moot court competitions held by various colleges and law schools of states and abroad.     The student's have been participating in moot court competitions, debates & declamation contests and other co-curricular and extra curricular activities organized by their own  institute and other reputed institutions & organizations.
